Oh, comon. Next you'll be telling me that gore supporters offered bums a ride to the voting booth along with free cigarettes. <g>

edit: the republicans are trying to have 34 absentee ballots thrown out for gore that were cast by convicted felons. (rapists and murderers, in these instances apparently) LOL!

republican vs democrat means NOTHING more than "have vs have-not"..

the republicans vote to keep their own property, and the democrats vote to steal it.

Nothing more, nothing less. And this is why democracy must fail in the end.

To be consistent I have to say that people who are incarcerated have the right to vote, too, unless they have been convicted of a felony. No felon may vote, even after he/she is out of jail or prison. But innocent people get incarcerated, too, you know. And some of the people who are incarcerated are in there for relatively minor charges, like DWI. -g-
