I remember Gloria Steinem saying how she would be willing to give up a year of her life in order that Reagan not get elected. Alec Baldwin's kindness reminds me of the same thing. Oh, how I would miss both of them! Bush's mistake was not saying that his first order of duty, if elected, would be to spend taxpayer money to help sponsor a one-way trip for all the liberal elite. I for one would gladly lose part of my tax benefit for such a worthy cause.
