OT - for what it's worth...

I think one of the biggest frustrations of this process is that the little person doesn't have a voice...

Here is a site where you can e-mail lots of politicians and media people at one time:

mailblasterdot.com

I was also trying to find out if we could e-mail to the florida supreme court. I tried this e-mail address: supremecourt@flcourts.org I'm not sure if it works. Anybody know if we can actually send a note to the clerks at the court? Thanks, AJ

Tim,

Professionals who make huge dough in the area of politics and journalism with 20+ years experience didn't see this coming. So, I wouldn't kick myself too hard for the call.

You put your butt on the line for making these calls. It's a very difficult thing to do and you certainly paint a bullseye on yourself when the call doesn't go right. You do this all for free. I know the folks in the room are big people and weigh their options.

I'm just holding and hoping that thing will clear up pretty soon. It's just no fun not having a lot of cash to play the daily ups and downs. But then again, by looking at the other threads, this hasn't been that fun or easy either.

Hang in there.... we'll have another day!

but it still was a bad call and i made it.

You know, the day before the (original) voting we made an addition to our office election poll...Would or would not Al Gore take a cheap shot if he lost. I bet yes, but nobody...nobody...predicted Gore would behave as badly as he has. This has gone so far beyond the realm of reason...

And what is most frightening to me is that he isn't getting slapped down for it by the American people, which means next the loser will have no reason not to push it even just a little bit farther.
