Martinez would not comment Saturday on whether he thought Lehr was pressured to change her vote. But he wondered why she did. ``No new facts were presented, the law remained the same and yet the outcome changed. I feel sorry for all you guys that only know black and white situations that are eternal. Things change quickly in the real world. Judge Lehr was given the impression early on that re-counts were or may be forbidden, the supreme court indicated that the vote counting could go on, so the counting is going on. No big mistery. TP
