OT/BIG FLORIDA NEWS! Nora O'Donnel just reported on MSNBC that: IF the Florida Supreme Court overrules Sec of State Harris and mandates the hand recounts from the Democrat dominated counties must be included? The Florida constitution explicitly states whenever such a conflict occurs between the Executive and Judicial branches, the Florida State Legislature shall make the final determination that settles the issue. Whoa!! Now the Supremes, as K.B. has dubbed them, may be 6 out of 7 democrat appointees and arguably the most liberal state supreme court in the nation BUT....the legislature is overwhelmingly Republican<g>. Nora O'Donnel reported this evening that she HAS spoken with the speaker of the legislature. He specifically told her that, if necessary, he will call a special session to finalize, once and for all, that a full slate of Bush pledged electors will be sent to the electoral college 12/18. Game, set and match to Dubya! Buy the dips folks. Soon be time to start ringing your investment cash registers again<G>. Geez, was beginning to think Santa wasn't going to come at all this year...
