It must be obvious even to you that in elections you count the vote and the winner wins. In this case the democratic lawyers have the easier case because they are advocating the position that cooresponds to truth, justice, and the American Way

So why don't they want to count the overseas ballots that didn't have some numbers on them? Apparantly the voter's intent was to vote, or why would they have sent the ballot in? Shouldn't we try to figure out what they wanted and let their voices be heard? It sure seems like the democrats only want the votes that help them, everyone else be damned. Sounds real American to me.
