Not true again. Each county determines their own rules. Sos wanted to set uniform standard for hand counts but the Democrats on the supreme courts overruled her, further diminishing the credibility of the process.

In the counties in question, Republicans have no say. The rules are set by Democrat dominated commissions. In Palm Beach County alone, they are supposedly up to 4th different standard. Apparently the first 3 were not bringing enough Gore votes.

Please provide links...your read on this is not mine. And please do not make one of your links be the moonie paper, the WA Times.

I can understand different processes in different counties..the courts have okayed that...but my undestanding is that processes are not as arbitrary as you would have me believe.
