MIAMI (Reuters) - Miami-Dade County, Florida's most populous, could take until December to complete a manual recount of 654,000 ballots that could tip the scales and determine the next U.S. president, officials said on Saturday.

I listen to Rush Limbaugh whenever I am in my car when he is on. He has a knack for exposing the sins of those trying to manipulate the people. He will continue to be a watchdog under a Bush administration although will probably find fewer things to complain about. Of course, the democrats in the house and senate will give him plenty of ammo.
