If it is the law, it must be upheld.

Then the SOS should be able to follow the law and certify the total count under the time frame the law dictates.

I haven't seen the law but I understand the law may say that there must be a postmark dated 11/7/00 OR the ballot must be signed and witnessed by 11/7/00. If that is true then many of these ballots should be reinstated.
