From the dirty trick book of Al Gore: Find a highly democrat county heavily populated by blacks and elderly who you have already scared to death about them losing their benefits or social security and then on election day have a phone bank call thousands of them and ask them to complain and "load their lips" with complaints, bad treatment, confusion of the ballot, non-helpful poll workers, etc.. Encourage them to file lawsuits with your partisan lawyers representing them. Tell them you will come aboard and fund or help fund their lawsuit. Teach them how to become your tool to create chaos so you can put forth an effort to steal the election. You now can go about your slimy business of trying to bring the American spirit down. Al Gore is a bad politician. He wants to rip your lungs out. Ask him.

in additional recounts a certain number of chad will fail The failure rate of a chad which has not been pushed at all by a stylus is very low. It is the hanging chad that gets brushed off during recounts. (Hanging chad is not a problem with cards made of solid stock and punched at a card punch desk barring malfunction of the card punch). It's these pre-perfed cards that are hand punched that get hanging chads, they are not prone to having chads just fall out, or get knocked out by a fingernail, or otherwise have the chad that was not at least partially torn by a stylus end up on the floor.
