Bongagong can you or anyone on this board prove this theory of how a large or small house downgrades a certain security and than buys it?

I have seen this mentioned many times, as well as they want your stock, Etc. My problem with this theory is, what happens when they have all the stock that is available and joe public swears to never get back in the market because of the beating he/she has taken. WHo will buy the houses stock if they have driven many people out of the market?

I just don't buy it any more that they want to get in at lower prices. I can't see these idiots downgrading AMCC, BRCM PMCS and I think there may have been one or two others. This downgrade on AMCC comes after one or two days ago four firms upgrading AMCC.

I am somewhat convinced that many of these houses / analysts do not know sh!t. All of the CEO's of BRCM AMCC CSCO and many other quality firms are saying how they are busy as heck.

ANyway, I would appreciate any feed back and good luck to everyone, regardless of what your view is!
