I disagree that this statement could provoke a response anything like Oklahoma City.

That was the result of sick men. Do you hold the entire government of the last 200 years responsible for that?

Where do you draw this line and exactly what rhetoric is across this line.

This is a typical liberal philosophy, holding someone else responsible but the people committing the act. On one hand
you decry "outrageous inflammatory rhetoric" and then cite
a highly despicable event as the result. Seems like you are the one doing the inflaming.
