You may be correct, I really don't know. I do wonder, though, how anyone (liberal or not) from San Francisco would know just what is going on in Florida. That person may have been speaking about postmarks on military ballots in general - how they are or are not made/applied. It sounds as though he was doing just that, but I did not hear that radio report as you did.

I'm sure that report was intended to be helpful information so that the public could understand how a postmark may or may not be stamped on a military ballot. However, I still maintain the position that not all absentee ballots are from military personnel and that was how they were all being referred to last night on msnbc.

And I still maintain that we do not yet know if all the disqualified absentee ballots were disqualified only by Democrats. We simply don't know that yet.

You have my regards as well.
