I wonder which way the 7 Democrat trial lawyers who are now judges will be inclined to rule. Considering they stuck their nose in without being asked, they strike me as a rather activist court.

But no matter, the constitution says the legislature will seat the electors.

It's very simple now. Gore's trying to speed up the re-counts and make them stick. Bush's trying to slow them down and label them are fraudulent. It's all PR spin now and I doubt the Supreme Court judges will listen to either side thank God.
