Thanks Frank. Perhaps guns should be banned in Washington, as I feel Mr Algore just shot himself in the foot. The Democrats should now be aware that Mr Dole is not the only WW11 voting Vet left. And then there was Korea, and Vietnam, and Desert Storm, and etc. The military keeps a low profile( when was the last time you saw a uniform on the streets?) but I live in the traffic pattern West of Ft Worth and see the F-15's or B-2's or whatever leaving to practice several days each week. A very reassuring sight.... Because of reassignments or travel, they do not get a fair chance to vote but they would be highly computer literate and will let their voice be known thru E-mails and letters to Congressmen.
