On monday the State Supreme Court could the country a very valuable service by issuing a gag order to both sides until they are ready to render a judgement. The rhetoric is out of hand entirely, and partisanship aside, the GOP side seems the least careful.

It's funny as the whole Democrat establishment was all over Katherine Harris when she asked for establishment of standards prior to beginning of the hand count.
