Once again, any modification of a voter's original intent, by someone with only their private self interest at heart, is not done for the voter, whose intention (if not explicit) can NEVER EVER EVER be known (and definitely ought not to be guessed at by biased people), but is done for the phoney: The phoney that wishes to be accorded a benefit from a fellow citizen--not for the citizen--but for him/her self.

"...all of the pre- and post-election testing of the tabulating programs proves absolutely nothing about the accuracy of vote totals. Recounts of elections can only demonstrate that a program is tabulating consistently, not accurately. A time bomb, worm, virus, Trojan horse or other variety of trap doors, or even worse, an unintentional error in the program's code, would never be discovered under these conditions."
