When Judge Lewis upheld Harris, there was an incredible surge - take a look at the Nasdaq, and you can tell when it was. But the rally was sold, and quickly faded.

I believe that is what I was saying when I said it lasted only and hour.

I believe that you are correct about the announcement after the close, but said instead late in the afternoon...I couldn't find a release with a time stamp on it. Carolyn was the one that explicitly claimed it was before the market closed and that the market reacted the exact opposite.
