This whole talk about "missing chad" is just classic propganda from the GOP designed to belittle, confuse and make a mockery of what is actually a very serious painstaking and carefully managed (on both sides)process. Remember the GOP's job is to slow down the recount and discredit it, and truth has nothing to do with it. They have nothing to lose by making up paranoid conspiracy theories at this point. It's either going to be over by next week or it's going into the courts and maybe all the way to congress. Right now they want to get as much of the public (mainly theoir base) outraged and upset as possible. That way they can try to take away the moral advantage Gore has in that he actually WON the election (national popular vote) and ex Florida is ahead in the electoral votes as well. If Gore goes ahead the GOP is going to sue all the way to kingdom come and chads will be the blood swatches (sp?)and missing black gloves of this case. Divide, confuse and try to conquer.
