TLC your entire paranoid argument is based on the assumption that the Fl S.Ct would order relief that neither party has requested. Do you know how frequent that a court will grant relief that neither party has requested?

the Florida election will go to the Florida Supreme Court.

That sure was a long winded proposal to say basicly that Gore has nothing to fear from a recount. I agree. There's no guarentee that he's going to win a recount. This is about justice and liberty and all those things besides the Bush goal of win using any tactic otherwise destroy the country's institutions
