Well then it's the military that has screwed it's own people. It's unacceptable to allow absentee ballots without controls on the dates their votes were cast.

Military/all overseas votes: postmarked OR signed and dated <I filled out this ballot and placed it in the Military mail system by ...... date. Signed and witnessed.> Just here for a minute; however, you are correct; we researched it this morning for our own understanding. In the event it hasn't been posted yet, Florida Admin. Code, provides: " With respect to the presidential preference primary or general election, any absentee ballot cast for a [F/f]ederal office by any overseas elector which is postmarked OR signed and dated no later than the date of the Federal election ..... {recv'd. 10 days } ..."
