There is no need to recount votes in heavily Republican counties. The election was over at 5 PM on Nov. 14, 2000. Bush won.

OR maybe the Rep. after the first recount per Florida state law (not at the discretion of either side) found that they had won the election. They are not going to give credibility to a strategy that the Dems are using to steal the election.
Tell me in good conscience, how can the Dems change the rules after the fact just because they see they have an opportunity to take this election. In my opinion they have come up with nothing but frivolous, media hyped, Daley organized arguments to do the manual recounts.
