It is difficult to guess what might come from the Florida Supreme court tomorrow. My understanding is that they are a far left leaning organization and clearly in Gore's court. One way or the other they will have the eyes of the world on them and may be reluctant to distort the rules too blatantly. We will see..

If the Leon county judge, a democrat, has a sensible ruling
then these 6 democrat justices and one independent should have a quorum of 5 to 2 or 4 to 3 to uphold the ruling of Leon county judge. It is then time to concede not to conceit.
