Joe,

<say that we are in fact going to be doing a financing in the low $4's, in the next week.>

I can see why an institution would like to do a financing at these prices, but why would Dimethaid do one, when we are supposedly on the verge of UK approval? ... and expecting a pot of cash from an marketing partner immediately after. If we did a financing next week that would be sign to me that all is not well with the UK approval. That further suggests that the risk level of an investment in Dimethaid is rising.

Things are really coming to a head here, Pennsaid in production, with no marketing partner or UK approval and limited cash in the bank..Rebecca is truley a high risk player and it is a bit worrisome. You do have to seriously wonder why a marketing partner has not been willing to put up the cash weeks ago with approval supposedly "imminent"?????

Could this mean that approval is not as sure a thing as we all think it is.......

John

"guaranteed money" I've always found that view an expensive one.
