Hi jp,

I basically see four fairly positive Time Frames -

1. The one we are now in will end upon confirmation

2. TF before a Holiday which should produce about 150 to 200 points on Naz

3. Post Thanksgiving to about a couple of days before Christmas should give us another 600 points on Naz

4. Post Christmas to about end of Jan. - should be good also.

Main catalyst - Houses talking of impending Interest cut by Fed.
