Oh yea, Caesar Salad is my favorite salad. I have been buying those Dole Caesar salad in a bag things, but they are just ok. A great Caesar dressing is something I have not been able to find on the shelves. I am working on a Bruschetta now, but its still not quite there yet. I am trying to get a certain flavor, similar to an excellent one I get at an Italian place across the river here in Detroit. Generally salad does not survive trips over 50 miles, so I understand that I will make it. When you come you need to pick me up a few of those east coast pizzas. I have a great place in Philadelphia that I love. Its ironic that Michigan is home to several of the nations pizza barons, but our local pizza is really bad. I always fly 4-6 pizzas back with me when I am on the coast. Its the best. Have a great one. TH
