Hi Peter,

Thanks for the comments!

I'm not going to continue to post with my concerns. I have no interest (I am neither long nor short) in LVLT. I don't short stocks and I don't invest in highly-leveraged companies. My personal experience has proven that highly leverage companies either 1) go broke, 2) sell out at a small premium, or 3) have fewer positive strategic directions than balance-sheet rich firms.

I posted what I did in an attempt to provide info to those who may have wanted. LongOnDell and the others think that I was attacking them personally. :)

I try to maintain some type of professional standard in investing. I don't base my decisions on chearleading and I use stop limits. I don't watch a stock price go from $100 to $30, and then complain about people stating facts.

But it was good to hear from you. I wish the best in LVLT and your other investments.

crowe has 90% of his personal wealth in this company. If he tells you something—and a few days ago he said his company was FUNDED TO FREE CASH FLOW BREAK EVEN—I would BELIEVE it. How could you NOT?

How anybody could trust some newsletter writer or some wet behind the ears mba to tell Crowe he's full of it is beyond me.

If you go see what he's said in interviews and conferences and the annual meeting, if you've got a pulse, you have to BELEIVE he's thought this through. Jeesh.

I was considering an investment in LVLT at these levels, but CEO Crowe has the longest insider sales list I have ever seen:

biz.yahoo.com

He has sold 40K shares in just the month of October, and has consistently sold for the past 12 months, at any price.

With LVLT forecasted to lose money for at least the next 2 years, I don't see the catalyst for these shares. I think I'll wait until LVLT hits $20.
