John:

re >>Seriously, that's about the funniest thing I have ever heard<<

What Joe says seems reasonable to me. The convicted felons in Florida who voted might be dragging the scores down for the dems.

John, you need to get in touch with the constituency.

John,

Your assumption that you keep repeating is that Democrats and Republicans are the same and all your arguments start from this premise, and only conclusions based on this premise are "objective".

It seems that holding any opinion means losing objectivity. How about your axiom that Reps and Dems are the same? It's an opinion. Don't you lose objectivity holding this opinion? Or, are you just like everyone else, and believe that only your views are objective?

I've met racist folks before, but political prejudice is new to me <ggg>.

I told you about a study about which I read in a newspaper. How is it different from polls that find that men favor Republicans, women Democrats? Is everyone believing this also guilty of prejudice? Is every rule that has exceptions worthless? Is it prejudicial to say that Sahara is a desert, since it has (very infrequent) rainy days?

Joe

he Democrats scored substantially lower on the morality scale than Republicans

Two other extrapolations from the same data:

Republicans are better liars.
Democrats have not been read their Miranda rights as often as Republicans.

Do you know if the Pollsters considered these alternatives?
