Frank- Zero PCs/Macs. Everything was server based. Just a keyboard, chair, and CRT mounted on a vertical divider in front of you. Plus there was a place to plug in earphones for sound. Not a disk drive anywhere near the user. In order to save info you gave a diskette to the front desk and saved to their drive. Printing was sent to them also.

In all the times I was there, it only cost the equivalent of $1.50 USD/hour. So I'm guessing some of the local users never go online at home as the cost would probably be higher. -MikeM(From Florida)
