My question is a simple one. Does the chad begin life when the Democrat puts down the bottle and thinks about going to the poll, or when he actually walks into the voting booth? We would need to have this determined before we can really determine at what stage of a yet-unborn chad's life (and I use that term loosely, as it appears they seem to have a lot of life and activity for a paper product) that we could terminate the chad. When is is too late to let the chad expire? I don't have the answers, I am not even sure what the questions are anymore. Greater minds will be needed. HAGO TH
