why the heck doesn't PLMD sue Barron's and use the $$$ in a share buyback.

I'm thinking that maybe I should sell at the opening bell and then buy back later.

Or perhaps buy puts.

Any opinions?

Finally, Businessweek and others are standing up to Barron's criminally "sloppy" reporting on Polymedica and recommending PLMD. Still think PLMD shareholders should sue Barron's over this whole deal.
