I agree with what you've stated here, but it's an additional sub-plot in political situation in Iraq. [I don't wish to debate which one is the plot or sub-plot, you can order them in any manner you view as important.] But I think it is true that the funds Iraq receives from the sale of oil are intended to benefit the Iraqi people [or at least some of them] and Hussein has not allowed that to happen for pure political purposes. That was the only point I was making at the time.

I haven't been to my profile page in such a long time, I couldn't recall what was there and had to go look <LOL>. It's an eclectic compilation of URLs I think. Hopefully, you'll be able to find some time to look at the Cornell Law School site and the Supreme Court Decisions...neat stuff reading the opinions and dissenting opinions. It's a very worthwhile read to search up the last Supreme Court ruling on the 2nd Amendment.

I've moved since the last update to my profile and it is not Iceland.
