Frank- I don't know how they do streaming video? That's a good question. I wish I had taken the time to check that out. I didn't even ask for earphones so I'm not even sure of the quality of their audio. None of these terminals were fat clients. That's a fact. I don't believe they would even be called thin because I saw no hardware anywhere except for keyboard and LCD screen (not CRT as I referenced before). So that's a good question about streaming video.

And you are correct about the aspects of saving your information to a central location. But IMO, it's not on the server at that physical location that is important, but would be better if it was on an International server like Yahoo or even SI offers. That is what the big push is with many of the portal sites. Address book, financial information, calendar, word documents, etc. As you know, most portals are gearing up for this type of anytime, anywhere access. SI is one example of it. My SI desktop/window, anywhere in the world, looks the same. As long as I can get online, I have access to every feature I have right in front of me now. Same with my MS Money setup. Or my Yahoo setup. These are great ideas that will drive even more users online. Especially travellers. -MikeM(From Florida)
