RE: "SHE has not done anything wrong. State Judge Terry Lewis said: Harris "exercised her reasoned judgment" in deciding to reject manual vote recounts filed after a November 14 deadline."

Hi Steve,

She has indeed violated FL Statutes.

In fact, it appears you did not read the Judge's entire text, and thus, you have left out the Judge's entire quote and truncated it, which should have included: "according to the information and facts presented in this Court (today)."

Guess what information and facts were not presented by Harris?

Additionally, and also separately, guess which of the FL statutes she violated? Would you like me to tell you? Shall we make a bet, so my efforts are rewarded?

Quick question for John or Windsock: What happens to a SOS when she violates FL Statutes? Can the Governor excuse her? What is a "writ"? I know it has something to do with the potential for the Courts to do a "writ" against an Officer of the State that is doing something illegal.

Regards,
Amy J
