Clinton didn't drive anyone nuts. The people that continued to support him, no matter what...they are the dead end people that confused and frustrated others. Too many thought Clinton had some effect on the economy that was positive. Another group was frustrated after 16 yrs of Republican Presidents. Time for a change again. If not, in 2004. TG
