And Bush signed the bill which provides that a manual recount is preferable. So why is he so (conveniently) adamantly against it now - to the point of saying it is unconstitutional?

His change in position on that doesn't wash with me.

I certainly have appreciated the even-keeled exchange with you. It just absolutely makes no sense to me that Republicans - most especially their spin doctors on tv - continually complain about or ridicule the manual recount and no one questions them about that position.

A double standard is a double standard.
