Verizon DSL may be fast but their customer service sure is slow. 6 weeks no service. I just found out that I have to wait until spring to dump this dog for roadrunner cable modem services.

Hi Urlman, Yes, your request was very reasonable, but the problem with so many companies today is the fact that their left hand does not seem to know what their right hand is doing much of the time...... We just got over a two week war, yes literally a war with our brokerage company. And that after giving them approximately a quarter of a million bucks in commissions for the past twenty years or so! One employee in particular was especially vicious, and a court case was only one small step away until one bright and on the ball employee near the top stepped in..... Even so, I will never feel the same about this company again, and feel betrayed after helping them build their business. Many companies are what I call "backstabbers" or time wasters these days, and it is a very major problem for the future health of our country and it's people. On a brighter note, Merry Christmas!
