Before I put my book aside, let me say that I think the law of Florida, and most other states that have addressed the issue, recognize that if a voter's intent can be determined, it should be counted. But no, I dont think that Broward or any other county should change the rules in the middle of the game. My understanding is that one of the things the Supreme Court will be asked to do tommorrow is to define the standard that should be used to determine voter intent.

Has anyone here taken note of the hypocrisy of the Democrats' "just wanting every voting voice to be heard" and their circulating memos on how to disqualify armed service voters on technicalities?
