ITS SAFE TO ASSUME THAT AT LEAST 90% OF THE REJECTED VOTGES ARE MILITARY. Otherwise, the gore lawyers would not have circulated the rejection memo.

As frequently stated on this board, the votes from Israel would have been liberal and thus not rejected. And these can be determined by simply observing the post mark.

More selective vote counted -- i.e. stacking the deck. The Demo's are soooo honest. Argh -- this leaves a bad taste and the offensive smell will linger for years.

You should calm down and think clearly on this subject. This stuff is really important to a democracy and should not be the subject of too much emotion.

The military votes and the israel votes are the same kind of "overseas" ballot. They can't be distinguished by postmark if there is no postmark on them. I'm not really sure why republicans are claiming that the military post offices forget to postmark mail more often than other post offices. Mail I get from overseas often has several postmarks (which bothers me because I collect the stamps and they get really over marked). Maybe a study should be made about how many military ballots came in without a postmark before the election deadline and how many afterwards. There is a lot of incentive to stuff the boxes here and precautions need to be taken.
