...again, VPR looks like it is ready for another run. Is this time going to be for real? That is the quesiton. Anyways, I do not subscribe to Kaiser anymore but would like to know if he still has a position in VPR. If he has updated subscribers on the company lately, then I would probably re-subscribe. From what I've read/heard, Kaiser hasn't put out an issue of the bottom fishing report for a long time. He should have stayed around because the junior resource companies have really come alive...especially the ones exploring for PGE's. Rise
