i think that is the most likely outcome tomorrow.

i do have to add that the error rate is to a standard. standard development is an entirely different issue (the gore lawsuit to count indentations when the county doesn't think it is appropriate).

i think we agree that the most accurate, though still maybe not correct compared to original voter intent (which we will never know), way to settle this is a statewide hand count with uniform standards with reps from both parties observing. period.

as i said previously, though, the loser should have the right to hand count other states until the results of each state that could impact the winner are CONCLUSIVE and a winner is decided. they should all use the same standard as florida.

this is a major undertaking, my friend. i argue that right is right - even when the cost is high.
