Reynosso, Your assumption would be incorrect and your post could be called presumptuous. If you had read my post or the Judge's text of the case to which I was referring to, you will see that a Judge had indicated Harris' ruling violated FL Statute. Since you have not read either and since you make incorrect assumptions, this will be my last post to you on this particular topic, as it would be a waste of my time.
