It's 1996 all over again, Judicial Watch legal
representatives said,

Judicial Watch, like that's a name I trust. As the world population increases more and more people are going to be applying for U.S. citizenship. I'm a low growth kind of guy so I would just as soon not the the U.S. population increasing dramaticly for any reason, but whatever is going on here needs to be part of a more comprehensive strategy. You can't have it legal for some people to stay if they come from Cuba and have sand between their toes, but not others if their feet are only wet, or if they come from some other island instead. It's nuts! You also can't stop the use of illegal workers unless the pay scales are high enough to attract legal workers (or setup a guest worker program like they had in the 1960s again, or something). You can't do squat if the federal government is too weak and innefective and each state tries to do it's own thing.
