Anyone with desires to make the world a better place or at least attempt to pull thier own weight went Republican

Well, obviously many millions of moronic people seem to disagree with you, in fact, the majority. What you have proferred seems nothing more than propaganda and demagoguery.

The real criminals are engaged in white collar crime. Bankers laundering unfathomable sums of ill-gotten money into offshore accounts, the IMF bailouts on the backs of hard working americans, PAC money to achieve pork barrel agendas, and corporate fat cats whose option grants are subsidized by the middle class. The social welfare programs are a stop gap measure to avoid widespread discontent on the part of the underclass who, for the most part, work multiple jobs and still can't earn a decent living wage. Are there abuses in the welfare system? Of course! But they are not as widespread as you would have others believe. Of course, any form of welfare is disdainful to you because you never needed it! I did.

What you write conjures images of fascism in my mind. You would have others vote your party of choice and your ideals.
That is not democracy.
