I thought some guy(s) with a bomb in a truck did that, or did I get it wrong? Coulda happened under any President, and to suggest that one who was criticized for increasing military spending is responsible, seems lame, or, it won't pass the hunting dog test.

Yes, Reagan was President in the Fall of 1983 when we were bombed in Beirut. That point I will concede.
