Most of the Florida absentee voter's would have been using the FPO system. My wife dug my letters to her out from when I was on the sub's and over half are not post marked. These are 20 years old so I suspect it may have always been a problem with the Navy.

Re: The Sargeant indicated they are postmarked with date before they leave the local APO; he agreed that if the military absentee ballots were not postmarked and dated they did not go through the APO system.

Thanks, that was instructive. Do you suppose this sargent could get equal time with the Republican dissemblers on the media?
