Most of the Florida absentee voter's would have been using the FPO system. My wife dug my letters to her out from when I was on the sub's and over half are not post marked. These are 20 years old so I suspect it may have always been a problem with the Navy.

Thanks, that was instructive. Do you suppose this sargent could get equal time with the Republican dissemblers on the media?
