Hi RB: I think you just have to look through the politics of all the pundits babbling one way or the other...the way to resolve this, most would argue, is easy....either recount the entire state...or don't recount the entire state and let the results of the second machine count plus the overseas vote stand....my guess, is that Bush wins either way (disclaimer, I'm a republican) doc
