You are speculating ... I believe I stated I didn't know and was looking for information. when you ask "What military base is in Broward County?" in an effort to obtain an answer, I just wanted to point out that you are asking the wrong question. Well perhaps you could tell my what is the correct question. Is Broward County a hotbed of retired military who live overseas? Does it have lots of navel bases? or is it a merchant marine port? I havent' been able to get straight answers or data on this subject. There is a big cry that 1400 or so absentee ballots are disqualified, then a conclusion that this is a disenfranchise of the military. The missing part of that cause-effect relationship is some simple facts, like how many of those absentee ballots were military in nature, how many had missing postmarks as the reason for rejection, and how many were not from overseas but from other states within the U.S. but are just too stubborn to admit to your previous state of ignorance I wouldn't have asked for information if I was not ignorant (Well maybe if it was a test, but it wasn't). You need to sit back, have an herbal tea, and relax. There are hours to go before the next act of the circus. TP
