They also were showing a Sonic Blue (formerly S3, formerly Diamond) MP3 server box that has a HomePlug chipset built inside. That means all you don’t even need the box I described above. The regular AC connection is also the networking connection. As this standard is rolled out, expect other devices (PCs, set-top boxes, video games, digital audio receivers, personal video recorders and even Internet telephones) to have similar “plug and network” capabilities.
