Democratic Shame, the denial of military vote, plot thickens...a naval spokesman said that in many cases naval mail from subs, carriers and battleships is not postmarked as a matter of national security in order to obscure locations and manpower at sea from prying eyes. Certainly makes sense to me. The Democrats certainly knew that in advance and took that into account in their "denial" memo. For those who have not seen that memo:

Yugoslavia:

In Yugoslavia the Supreme Court declared and adjudicated for Milosovic after he lost the election.

A crowd came to Belgrade. Found the judges. Went to their chambers. Beat and kicked the judges and chased them from the building.

Milosovec figured he was next and quit.
